My Kayaking Buddies

Today and Wednesday I had a couple of Kayaking buddies :)

We crossed the lake and back on Wednesday (90 minutes), but only wandered around for about 50 minutes today.  I had some girls with sore muscles! 

Madeline & Sophia's favorite seaplane--it looks like an orca!

Thus begins 4 days of nervous Seattle dogs. . .

The Blue Angels are back again!  

Here's a few photos from our house of their practice tricks this afternoon.
We saw some cool synchronized loops and twirls.

But, my heart goes out to all those poor dogs in Seattle who get spooked by the Blue Angels--we know a few!

On the water day 4: Sailing!

Today when I can for pick-up, they were out sailing.  They had great wind today!

On the water Day 3--Everyone Got Out on Lake Union!

Not Pictured--Mom took Camille and her friend out kayaking for 90 minutes around Lake Union.  We even made it to Gas Works Park!

Madeline and Sophia had another great day of kayaking and paddle boarding.  

 Madeline wanted to see if she could rock herself off her board. . .she did!

Today, even Sophia got up on her feet!

On the Water Day 2

Madeline got her wish--to stand on a paddle board and to jump in the water.

Sophia got hers--to sit peacefully on a paddle board while someone else paddles.
