Dinovember 2022, Day 30: The End!

The dinos celebrated the birthday of their newest family member. Welcome 恐竜 (Kyōryū)!

With such a busy Dinovember this year, the dinos felt like they could use some TLC. They started with a bit of foam rolling...but it turned into chaos when the little dinos joined! So hard to exercise when kids are around! (Deep thought question: Are baby dinosaurs "chicks"?)

With the boiler now working, Greeny thought he'd get a drink of hot water. Hey, Greeny, I don't think you want to drink straight out of the water heater - mom likes really hot showers!

The house was so cold while the boiler was still down that the dinos decided to build snowmen!

Greeny thought the red eyes for Sophia's school pictures were a definite improvement - he knows good looks when he sees them!

When the boiler died (for real!) and left the dinos (and family) without home heat or hot water, the Dinos knew exactly what was needed - a shopping trip for hats and sweaters! (Crocheted dino sweaters compliments of Madeline)

The dinos were not happy with the humans' planned menu.

Like all good skaters, the dinos improvised a good ramp. Amazon boxes can be used for ANYTHING!

The dinos took "Happy Meal" to the next level.

A friendly pinnochle game between herbivores and carnivores began to get heated when Dinny laid down a shoot-the-moon on his deal. His tiny t-rex arms are more sneaky than the herbivores realized.

The dinos discovered a chance to rescue one of their own's skulls and set out to print enough money. It should only take a few hours to print $15 Million, right?

Dinovember 2022, Day 19:

The hot cocoa didn't turn out as warm as they hoped, so the dinos opted for a hot bubble bath. Quite appropriate timing, according to the humans. . .

Dinovember 2022, Day 18:

With the weather turning a bit cold, the dinos decided to make hot cocoa. All you need is a bowl, right?

Dinovember 2022, Day 17:

The dinos were annoyed with the humans trying to spy on them. What better solution than to convince Coal, the enderman, to stare into the camera next time the humans tried to turn it on!

What is this glorious black gold! (The humans didn't really need to make fudge this year anyway. . .)

Dinovember 2022, Day 15:

Greeny decided he needed a "shiny" look after listening to that incredible crab sing about it on TV. When it came down to the moment of actualization, he began to have second thoughts!

Dinovember 2022, Day 14:

After discovering that he was no good at threading a sewing machine needle, Greeny chirped with joy when he found this thing called "liquid stitch". That should do the job, right?

When the dinos realized they were having trouble hearing each other, they decided it was time to give their ears a good cleaning! Wait, do dinos even have ears?!?

Dinovember 2022, Day 12: Shopping day!

Saturdays are shopping days, even for the dinos. Clearly there are carnivores, herbivores, and candy-vores! (Now we know one of the reasons for Greeny's blood-shot eyes!)

The dinos thought that if they tried sneaking around with a small disguise, maybe the humans wouldn't catch them today?!? Sorry dinos, hair on reptiles is a dead give-away, but nice of you to join in on Movember!

Dinovember 2022, Special Election Edition: The dinos heard something about lemon being good for snow, . . . or was it was Snow being GREAT for Lemon Grove?!? The dinos thought we should have both! Congratulations Alysson! Lemon Grove City Council is lucky to have you!

Dinovember 2022, Day 8:

The dinos attempted a pterosaur's-eye-view of the humans as they went about their daily activities. (Who knew pterosaurs could lift that much weight?!)

Dinovember 2022, Day 9: Bloodmoon. . .maybe

The dinos REALLY wanted to get a view of the lunar eclipse! Too bad they missed it by a day! Cool moon anyway!

Dinovember 2022, Day 7:

The feathered raptors convinced the dinos to upgrade their appearances because "ALL dinos actually had feathers"! (The pterosaur happily watched from the side because she is NOT a dinosaur!)

What else would you use these for anyway?!? (Greeny realized his eyes were a little too big for the stickers. . .icky-sticky!)

Dinovember 2022, Day 5:

The herbivores were looking for a little revenge after yesterday, so when teatime came around, they suggested "iced-T". The T-Rexes quickly discovered what those herbivores had in mind when THEY were asked to make sure those teacups were clean! (We still have no idea what Greeny is, but clearly the herbivores think he's got some carnivorous T-Rex in him!)

Dinovember 2022, Day 4: Vegetarian Salad!

The herbivores began to get really concerned when the carnivores, after offering to make vegetarian salads for everyone, asked the herbivores to check out the salad bowl from the inside, just to make sure it was clean. . .

Dinovember 2022, Day 3:

At last! The dinos located the humans' Halloween candy! Unfortunately, it took a little more work (and a few more knots) to get there for some dinos than others. Isn't it great to be a pterosaur?!

Dinovember 2022, Day 2:

Dragging some leaves inside and away from the squirrels for their own fall fun seemed like a great idea. . .until they realized Greeny suffers from Fall allergies! Watch out for that sneeze, Dinny!

Since the Dinos couldn't find where the humans had hidden the candy, they opted for cookie decorating for their Halloween party. Dinny thought Greeny made a great pumpkin - just add orange sprinkles!
